A regulatory body is exactly what is needed. It boggles my mind that a regulator is to protect the public and yet the PSW spends way more time than a nurse, a physician in fact we spend more time than surgeons do in surgery with patients/ residents/clients. Protect the public and set the standard because every health care worker should 100% know what is expected of them. I’ve been a PSW since 2008 feel like I’ve waited forever for regulation. Thanks for your podcast I did enjoy listening.
